Golden State (33-40 ATS) vs Dallas (31-39-4) will host two Western Conference teams in desperate need of a win when they play tonight at 9:30 ET. The Warriors are currently a half game back of the hungry and determined Denver Nuggets while Dallas is only one game ahead of Golden State. So in essence if Dallas loses, they will be a half game out of the playoffs.
Sportsbetting.com has Dallas a -5 point NBA betting favorite in Golden State vs Dallas.Dallas has surprisingly struggled since making the incredible effort and financial decision to get the

Jason Kidd trade done after quite a few road blocks. The Mavericks need better consistency down low from Eric Dampier and young gun Brandon Bass as they have been weak on the boards at time. The good news in the mean time is that Dirk Nowitzki has been listed as day to day following his horrific injury.
Sportsbetting.com has the TOTAL at 215 points for Golden State vs Dallas.
For those of you that read my previews, you know how I feel about Golden State. They are a fun team to watch and can light the scoreboard up from the front court with Baron Davis, Monta Ellis and Stephen Jackson put up 20 or more points per game respectively. Unfortunately for the Warriors, they will never go far without playing defense or a solid big man. Both teams need a victory here as the loser will be a half game out of the playoffs.
